Passport INFINITI of Alexandria

I have to admit, when I recently traded in my Nissan for an Infinity, I was quite apprehensive. The Service Department at Passport Nissan was superb and over the years I had come to rely on their knowledge and professionalism. So being told I had to go somewhere else when I traded up was more than a bit concerning. Fortunately, my fears were unfounded. I just brought my car in to Passport Infinity in for some significant maintenance and was more than pleasantly surprised. I made the appointment with Lawrence in Service on Thursday and went over all the work needed and the cost. I came in the following Monday and everything was done ahead of schedule and not over the estimated price. And while I waited, Michelle in Sales saw to it I had some coffee and all my questions about the current Infinity line were answered. Other members of the staff came by to say hello as well. It was an enjoyable experience — something very rare when visiting a car dealer to have repairs done. Great service, professional attitudes, and friendly people. What more can you ask for? It looks like I’ll be a member of the “Passport Family” some many years to come.
